The Evaluation Index System Research On The Economic Benefits Of Leisure Agricultural Parks

With the continuous improvement of China's economic development,the quality of people's life has improved gradually,leisure agriculture emerges as the times require.However,as a new model of agricultural development in China,leisure agriculture has been strongly supported by the government and developed quickly.For leisure agriculture,the economic benefits are particularly important,because the vast majority of leisure agriculture parks are loss-making,so if you need to enhance the economic efficiency of enterprises,it is necessary to build an economic indicators to measure the economic benefits of enterprises.Firstly,the concept of leisure agriculture park and economic benefit are defined,and the theory related to the evaluation index system of leisure agriculture park is studied,including the theory of development of leisure agriculture park,the theory of economic benefit of leisure agriculture park and the theory of industrial agglomeration.This paper analyzes the characteristics and development models of the leisure agriculture park and provides the theoretical basis for constructing the index system from economic benefit evaluation.Secondly,according to the research of other scholars,the economic benefits of leisure agriculture park comprises three indicators of production and operation achievement index,consumption and consumption effect index and capital occupation and occupation effect index,and then elaborate a lot of specific indicators.Combined with my own research and economic indicators related to the seven indicators,the paper builds the economic efficiency evaluation index system.Thirdly,take Jiangsu Tea Expo Garden as an example,Jiangsu tea expo garden is composed of leisure,health,education,scientific research and ecological culture,it is operated and managed by the enterprise.This paper introduces the form of development and the condition of asset on Jiangsu Tea Expo Garden,and analyzes the the economic benefit evaluation index qualitatively and quantitatively.Based on the analysis of the economic benefit evaluation index system of Jiangsu Tea Expo Garden,it is found that Jiangsu Tea Expo Garden now has the problems of economic benefit in terms of profitability,safety and liquidity.The reason for these problems is due to Jiangsu Tea Expo Garden lack of liquidity,the lack of management of industry organizations,low brand efficiency and other reasons.Finally,according to the cause of the problem,and from the industrial scale,investment,increase publicity and other aspects,the countermeasures and suggestions are offered to raise the economic benefits of Jiangsu Tea Expo Garden.
