Value Chain Analysis And Value-added Accounting Of The Pear Industry In Dashahe Region

Dashahe region as the important pear production in Jiangsu Province,the pear industry in Dashahe region is representative and typical.According to the current development of the pear industry in Dashahe region,the paper analyzes the value-added process of the value chain of the pear industry,which can help the participants in the value chain understand the structure and regularity of the circulation in pear industry.What’s more,the paper provide theoretical basis for the reasonable share of the benefits,expand the breadth of the research on the pear industrial value chain,make up for the lack of analysis of value chain elements in a single subject perspective.It also provides reference for the cooperation and profit sharing of the different participants in the pear industry in Dashahe region.It is helpful to optimize the pear industry value chain in Dashahe region And improve the synergistic effect of each participant,increase the income of pear growers and realize the healthy development of pear industry.This paper summarizes the theoretical achievements in the existing literature.On the basis of previous studies,this paper investigates the value chain of Dashahe region in Xuzhou,and analyzes the value formation mechanism of pear industry value chain in Dashahe region by using the tool of value chain analysis,studies the composition structure of pear industrial value chain,and optimizes it,so it can provide the basis for further research.This paper analyzes the value process of the pear industrial value chain from the aspects of organization form,income cost of different participants,the value generation and the value transmission of each stage,and analyze the different participants in the pear industry value chain ’ to clarify the cost structure and profit structure of the participants in the value chain.This paper also refines the structure of the pear industrial value chain.In the process of value-added research on the value chain of Dashahe region,the value activities of each link in the value chain are measured and the statistics are collected.On the basis of statistical data,the value of each link and the value-added proportion in the value chain are calculated.What’s more,this paper analyze the types of value chain in the Dashahe region.In addition,the value chain as a community of interests,analysis and study of the mechanism of the interests,to explore a reasonable "benefit sharing,risk sharing"mechanism.According to the above analysis,the conclusion is:firstly,the high production cost affects the realization of farmers’ income.Secondly,the specialized farmers cooperatives are loosely connected with the pear growers.Thirdly,seller occupy the majority of the value added in the value chain.Fourth,the value chain structure is single and lack of fine processing.Based on the analysis and summary,this paper proposes the relevant policy recommendations:firstly,to improve the skill of pear growers can reduce production costs.Secondly,to strengthen the link between cooperatives and farmers can improve the efficiency of cooperatives.Thirdly,to strengthen the coordination of the participants in the value chain.Fourth,leading enterprises play a leading role in the pear industry and deepening the pear industry chain.
