| With the rapid development of social economy,the phenomenon of industrial agglomeration appears in most industries.Industrial chain has gradually replaced core business as the focus of competition among enterprises.The "whole industrial chain" is also being pursued by more and more enterprises,especially meat products enterprises with long industrial chain and close industrial links.Therefore,more and more meat products companies are taking the road of all over Industry Consolidation,and Shuanghui is one of the representative ones.The effective integration of the whole industrial chain can help meat products enterprises to realize diversified development and international operation,but it also brings many uncertainties,such as high capital cost,lower management efficiency and other drawbacks.Therefore,evaluating the implementation effect of enterprises across Industry Consolidation has become an important topic of current research.A comprehensive and effective performance evaluation system can help enterprises to sum up integration experience,find management problems to adjust the links or focus of the industrial chain,improve the ability of enterprise value creation,also can provide experience for other meat products enterprises,and is conducive to guiding the healthy development of meat products enterprises in Industry Consolidation.Based on the above background,this paper takes Shuanghui as an example to deeply explore its path and implementation effect in Industry Consolidation.Firstly,the article analyzes the current situation of meat products enterprises in China and their Industry Consolidation.On the basis of summarizing relevant documents at home and abroad,the article studies the actual situation and external environment after Shuanghui’s full Industry Consolidation,and explores its integration path from three levels: vertical,horizontal and lateral.Finally,it constructs a comprehensive performance evaluation system based on the perspective of financial performance,aiming at reflecting the implementation effect of Shuanghui’s full Industry Consolidation through financial performance analysis.Financial performance analysis results show that Shuanghui has expanded its enterprise scale,improved its industrial structure,strengthened its industrial control and improved its competitiveness through all of Industry Consolidation.It can be said that Shuanghui’s all of Industry Consolidation has been very successful.Through in-depth analysis,the following revelations can be drawn: all Industry Consolidation cannot be completed overnight;enterprises need to gradually integrate and timely adjust according to their own development needs,continuously enhance the coordination between industrial chains,and minimize management costs;In addition,enterprises should adhere to independent innovation,expand brand effect,and improve their voice and core competitiveness.This article innovates from two aspects: research methods and research cases.This paper uses a comprehensive analysis method that combines industry analysis,enterprise environment analysis and performance evaluation to explore the implementation effect of Shuanghui All-Industry Consolidation,making the analysis conclusion more comprehensive and objective.In addition,there is no relevant research on the implementation effect of Shuanghui all over Industry Consolidation,and the research cases are innovative to some extent. |
