A Research On The Improvement Of Performance Management System Of The Channel Sales Team In A Fund Company

In order to better serve individual investors,fund companies are equipped with channel sales team which mainly through the service for financial managers of banks,securities companies and other sales channels to promote their influence on individual investors,so as to obtain investors' recognition of the company's brand and products,then they will invest more money on the company's products.A fund company has set up a professional channel sales team since it was set up,and has been constantly expanding.In the process of development,the company has also initially established a performance management system for the channel sales team to strengthen the evaluation and incentive of the channel sales team,aiming at promoting the initiative and enthusiasm of the channel sales team,enhancing the output of performance results,thus supporting the achievement of department and company performance.With the help of performance management theory,this paper combs the current situation of performance management of channel sales team of A Fund Company and analyses the existing problems.I find that there are some problems in the process of performance indicators setting,performance plan execution,performance appraisal and feedback,which leads to the decreased enthusiaim for wok,performance goals are difficult to achieve and other phenomena.In order to solve these problems,this paper will deepen the application of performance management theory to optimize and improve the performance management system of A fond company,combining with the characteristics of channel sales business of A fund company.Through improving suggestions to enhance the work enthusiasm and performance of channel sales team,help A fund company to better retain and motivate talents,continuously optimize talent management to enhance the company's talent competitiveness level.
