In recent years,with the change of city and consumption concept,the long-Rent apartment market has gradually developed.In order to meet more and more housing rental needs,the state and local governments have also actively issued relevant policies to promote its development.It can be said that the long-Rent apartment industry has a bright future and will bring considerable social and economic benefits.However,as a new industry,long-Rent apartment enterprises are facing various difficulties and challenges,and their weak profitability is a common phenomenon in the industry.Under the reality and situation of difficult profits and high competitive pressure,how to increase product value and reduce costs,and put forward correct Countermeasures to improve the profitability of long-Rent apartment enterprises,and promote the positive and healthy development of the residential rental market,are urgent problems to be studied and solved.Starting from the perspective of value co-creation,this paper discusses the construction of value co-creation system of long-Rent apartment enterprises through stakeholders such as consumers,cooperators and governments,and divides long-Rent apartments into centralized and decentralized ones according to different modes,based on the four links of value co-creation of long-Rent apartment enterprises: acquisition stage,decoration design stage,brand marketing stage and terminal consumer stage.Through the case study of Yueru,Mofei and Midou,this paper mainly studies and analyses the interaction and cooperation between consumers,cooperators and longRent apartment enterprises,and the impact of participating in value creation on the profitability of enterprises.At the same time,through the issuance and analysis of questionnaires,it studies the consumer's willingness to create long-Rent apartments with value and its impact on profitability.Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the profitability of longterm rental apartment enterprises under different modes.Through research and analysis,this paper draws the following conclusions:Value creation can have a positive impact on the profitability of long-Rent apartment enterprises;The profitability of long-Rent apartment enterprises with higher value co-creation degree and more frequent and comprehensive interaction with consumers and partners is relatively higher;Centralized apartments and decentralized long-Rent apartments have slightly different profit strategies because of their different characteristics.Centralized apartments focus on service,refinement and source acquisition,while decentralized apartments focus on network data operation management and large-scale development.;Compared with other activities and services,consumers pay more attention to the provision of value-added services.Therefore,the future profit of long-Rent apartment enterprises should focus on value-added services.
