Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Social Enterprises In China

Since the late 1970 s,under the background of economic crisis in western countries and welfare reform in 1980 s and 1990 s,social enterprises have emerged as the times require.This new economic model combines the successful business model with social goals,combines public welfare with profit,blurs the boundaries between traditional commercial enterprises and traditional non-profit organizations,and overcomes the inherent contradiction between public welfare and profit.Social enterprises use innovative ways to solve social problems by means of market,which not only solves the problem of insufficient funds faced by traditional non-profit organizations,but also fills the gap in the field of services that the government or traditional non-profit organizations can not effectively provide.Compared with the developed countries in the West,the development of social enterprises in China is still immature,and the process of development is restricted by many factors.Influenced by the utopian socialist trend of thought,France has created a social solidarity economy similar to social enterprises,seeking to overcome inequalities at the political level,including all sectors of society,which is in line with China's society.For this reason,this study first combs the social enterprise and its related concepts,and elaborates the relevant theories of social enterprise.Then,taking Netspring,a social enterprise originating in France,as an example,this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the policy environment for the development of domestic social enterprises,summarizes a series of policy dilemmas existing in the development process of social enterprises,and puts forward suggestions and Countermeasures to improve the policy environment of social enterprises from three aspects based on the experience of France,including the end.We should improve the legal environment for the establishment and development of social enterprises,establish a good financing environment,strengthen the organization's own construction and attract outstanding talents.
