With China's economy entering a new period of transformation and upgrading,the whole banking industry is facing new challenges.It is difficult to sustain the rapid expansion of scale driven by high-speed economic growth in the past,and it is unsustainable to obtain high profits through high interest margins.The pressure of external environment changes gradually transmits to the internal bank.The decline of employees' income and promotion opportunities lead to the decline of bank employees'job satisfaction,and the loss of explicit and implicit employees is becoming more and more serious.At present,the banking industry is facing not only the changes of the external environment brought about by the economic transition,but also the renewal of the workers'groups,and the contradiction between the rapid renewal of employees'cognition and the old management mode brought about by the knowledge explosion.The recessive turnover of employees is one of the internal challenges faced by banks.The banking industry needs to face up to the internal and external contradictions,change its original ideas as soon as possible,attach importance to the challenges and opportunities brought by new problems,complete the transformation of internal management in the period of economic transformation,and do a good job in talent reserve and team building to meet the new challenges.The Anhui Branch of Bank H is a provincial branch of national joint-stock commercial banks in Anhui Province.Its development since its establishment in 2010 reflects to a certain extent the characteristics of the whole banking industry before and after the economic transition period.This paper applies the theory of human resource management to analyze the current situation and causes of the recessive turnover of employees in Anhui Branch of Bank H,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to alleviate the recessive turnover of employees.The full text is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.This paper introduces the research background,research purpose and significance,research ideas and methods,and possible innovations.The second part is the theoretical basis and literature review.This paper mainly defines the concepts of employee turnover and employee recessive turnover,introduces the relevant theories at home and abroad,and reviews the research status of employee turnover and its influencing factors from both domestic and foreign aspects.In the third part,by studying the historical data of human resources management of Anhui Branch of Bank H,the causes of employees'recessive turnover are analyzed one by one.The fourth part is the countermeasure research,and puts forward the countermeasure suggestions on how to alleviate the recessive loss of employees from the aspects of employee career development,non-material incentives,improving communication mechanism,strengthening the construction of enterprise culture,reconstructing contractual relationship and retaining tacit knowledge.The fifth part is the conclusion and outlook of the study.In this part,the research work of this paper is summarized,and further research thinking is put forward in view of the shortcomings of the study.
