| In the early stage of urban development, various elements in the surrounding area are gathered to the city, showing the expansion of the urban scope in space, but the capacity of the main center of the city is limited,so the development zone and the new area bear the burden of the early industrial development and the later production City, and promote the development of the city to the multi-center space structure.In.There are more than 3000 new cities and cities in various provinces and cities throughout the country after the big cities, such as North and Guangzhou, have taken the lead in the overall planning of the establishment of a multi-center space structure. In addition, since 1994,34 large and medium-sized cities have been completed or planned to move to the edge of the city by the government of China, hoping to help the function of the city to gather in the sub center of the city, thus developing the goal of the multi-center space structure. Some scholars believe that the single center can maximize the agglomeration economy, and the multi-center space structure is not conducive to the development of the city;however, some scholars hold the opposite view.Obviously, the research on this issue has not yet reached a consistent conclusion. Therefore, the influence of multi-center spatial structure on urban development needs further research. As a spatial element.it will influence urban development together with factors of production. At the same time of economic development, urban diseases such as environmental pollution, traffic congestion and other "urban diseases" overdraft the potential of its future development, and also reduce the quality of life of the residents. Two aspects should be taken into account in the development of Gucheng. The economic development can start with the total amount of urban economy. On the other hand,it is closely related to the well-being of the residents, such as environment, traffic, space layout,etc..The new perspective is from the employment space and the balance of job and residence as one of the important goals of urban development. On the research subjects,30 typical large cities including municipalities directly under the central government, provincial capital cities and planned cities were selected for research.Taking the urban economic development and the living space as the explanatory variables, using the measure of labor average GDP(per capita GDP)and space dislocation index(SMI),and the multi-center spatial structure as the core explanatory variable, from the conservatism,4 different measure indexes are adopted, and then the corresponding variables are selected according to the characteristics of different interpretations. The results show that, from the economic level of urban development, the strategy of multi-center spatial structure has a positive impact on the economic development of the city as a whole. The size of the population is more than 4 million 500 thousand people and the geographical location is more obvious in the east city, but the population size is 4 million 500 thousand people. In the following cities, the impact of multi-center space structure on economic development is not significant;from the perspective of Vocational and residential space, the urban multi-center structure is beneficial to the balance of employment in the whole. However, not all urban sub centers are conducive to the balance of residential space:if the secondary center is mainly in the manufacturing industry, the optimization of the residential space is not significant;if the secondary center is mainly of service industry agglomeration, then its optimization effect on the residential space is significant. |
