With the rapid development of science and technology, knowledge economy,innovation and economic emerging new economic form, rhythm and fluidity of peoplework continues to accelerate, businesses and individuals are facing unprecedentedcompetitive pressures. Chinese employees work-life balance situation is notoptimistic. Good work-life balance, to maintain physical and mental health ofemployees, to put to work to actively work with full enthusiasm, both to improve thequality of staff, but also able to improve their job satisfaction. Therefore work-lifebalance has important practical significance. Abroad on work-life balance has beenachieved more results, while domestic research has just begun. Empirical researchwork-life balance, job performance, taking into account the mediating role oforganizational commitment may exist, to provide a new perspective for the furtherstudy of work-life balance.On the basis of the full reading of the relevant literature, this article details thework-life balance theory, theoretical basis, dimension structure and methods ofmeasurement, determinants and consequences variable, and work-life balance on jobperformance a detailed mechanism. The path of the work-life balance affect jobperformance at the same time, we consider the mediating role of organizationalcommitment. On the basis of the above analysis, we use a convenience samplingmethod, the use of questionnaires, data statistical process used SPSS16.0analysissoftware, application reliability analysis, validity analysis, descriptive statistics,correlation analysis, regression analysis reached the following main conclusions:work-life balance have a significant positive impact on job performance, work-lifebalance the secondary component level on job performance relationship performance,task performance has a significant positive impact; organizational commitment playsa mediating role in the work-life balance on job performance; organizationalcommitment plays a mediating role in the work-life balance in the relationshipbetween performance, task performance.For the conclusion of the study proposed some countermeasures of enterprisemanagement recommendations: work-life balance programs in human resourcesmanagement system, providing favorable conditions for employees seeking work-lifebalance; enhance from the perspective of pay and benefits, employee training organizational commitment and, thus, higher job performance.
