Case Study Of Audit Risk Management Of T Accounting Firm

For a long time,commercial auditing have played an important role in economic development.So the folk's expectation on CPAs has been increasing during the period.At the same time,however,audit failures have occurred frequently while the number of complaints and suits have been exerted on CPAs.With the continuous development of auditing theory and practice,the ability of risk management has gradually become crucial competitiveness of accounting firms,and the research on audit risk has gradually become the mainstream of auditing theory study.However,among the theoretical achievements,the researches on the audit risk of consulting companies are rare,and the theoretical research has been lagged behind by practice.At present,as the consulting industry develops rapidly,more and more consulting companies are listed on the capital market.A research on audit risk of consulting companies not only helps to enrich the field of audit research,but also plays a role on guidance and reference for the practice of CPAs in the consulting industry.This paper mainly uses case analysis method,combined with literature research method.It regards audit risk as the core of the whole research.By analyzing the audit process of T accounting firm in the project of AR consulting company,the thesis points out the audit risk that T accounting firm faced and raise proposals for the risk management.This article takes AR consulting company as the case study object,based on the latest auditing standards and the perspective of T accounting firm.The paper also raises suggestions that CPA should adopt when conducting audit risk management.This paper which regards the consulting company as the object of audit risk research is contemporary and practical.Through the analysis of AR consulting company,combined with the specification of our country,the thesis points out some precautions that accounting firms need to take.The paper is restricted by author's level and the professionalism of the consulting industry,so it has some shortcomings in the depth and comprehensiveness of some practical links.The author will improve these shortcomings in future.
