At present,China’s medical insurance fund is facing the crisis of deficit,the pressure of expenditure on personal health and other related expenses is great,the aging of population is accelerating obviously,the proportion of medical expenditure on health and other medical expenditure is increasing,the pressure of social medical care is increasing,and the policies of second child have brought about population growth,urbanization is accelerating,the middle-income population is increasing,the number of natural disasters,traffic accidents,chronic diseases and sub-health population.With the surge in the number of malignant tumors,the incidence of malignant tumors is getting higher and higher,the cure rate and treatment costs are getting higher and higher,and the incidence population is becoming younger,which enhances people’s health awareness and stimulates people’s demand for major commercial disease insurance.However,at present,China’s major disease insurance market is small,the product structure is single,the per capita premium,the proportion of claim customers and the per capita claim amount are low.There is a mismatch between people’s demand for major disease insurance and the market situation of major disease insurance.The research on major disease target customers can solve this problem.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the target customer positioning and corresponding marketing strategies of major disease insurance.This paper takes Xintai Life Insurance Co.,Ltd.’s major disease insurance product Million Free as the research object.Through the analysis of insurance industry,major disease insurance market and Xintai Life Insurance Co.,Ltd.,we can understand the situation of insurance industry,major disease insurance market and Xintai Life Insurance Co.,Ltd.Through market segmentation and target customer positioning,we can determine the target.Customers,then design corresponding marketing strategies for target customers,and finally through safeguards to ensure the smooth progress of target customer marketing.By setting up market questionnaire and using comprehensive factor analysis method,this paper concludes that the target customers of millions of carefree people are the married post-80 s people who are healthy,live in densely populated areas,have more than one insurance policy,intend to purchase major disease insurance,and have annual income of more than 50,000.Through product comparison,the corresponding marketing strategies are determined as follows: product differentiation marketing strategy,one-to-one marketing strategy and conference marketing marketing strategy.Finally,through the establishment of a comprehensive safeguard management system,a sound financial system,a strong sales team,appropriate incentives,and high-quality services to ensure the effective implementation of product marketing strategies.As a small and medium-sized insurance company,Xintai Life has more universal representativeness in the research and analysis of its target market of millions of major disease products.It also has a certain reference role for other domestic insurance companies,and has important practical significance.It is hoped that this paper can provide reference for the millions of carefree marketing decisions of Xintai Life Insurance Products for Major Diseases.
