Research On Crowdsourcing Logistics Risk Management

With the rapid development of the Internet and e-commerce,online shopping has become one of the major consumption methods and has promoted the development of the 020 model.Nowadays,020 mode has more stringent requirements for service quality and delivery methods,and its delivery requirements are generally time-sensitive,high-frequency,regional,and discrete.These characteristics make the traditional logistics delivery supply can not meet the current 020 delivery needs,and urgently need to carry out reform and innovation on the delivery supply side.In order to solve this dilemma,crowdsourcing logistics distribution models have emerged.Crowdsourcing distribution model is drawing more and more attention from companies by virtue of its ability to use the idle human resources,improve distribution efficiency,and reduce distribution costs.However,with the rapid development of crowdsourcing logistics,many problems have also been exposed.The disorder of market competition,the lack of industry standards,the lack of service quality management standards,and no one answer orders,disclosure of privacy,and damage to goods,etc.Problems such as complaints and low distribution efficiency have also come one after another,making crowdsourcing logistics face many risks.Therefore,in order to meet the growing demand for the distribution of consumers and the development requirements of crowdsourcing logistics companies,effective risk management of crowdsourcing logistics is particularly important.This article takes crowdsourcing logistics as the research obj ect.First,it introduces the research background,purpose and significance of crowdsourcing logistics.At the same time,it expounds the research ideas,methods,technical routes and innovation points of this article.It also summarize crowdsourcing logistics theory and value network theory,stakeholder theory and risk management theory.Second,it analyzes the main body and process of crowdsourcing logistics,and builds a model of crowdsourcing logistics value network structure.Then,based on causality analysis and stakeholder theory,the paper identifies the risk factors of crowdsourcing logistics,constructs a risk assessment index system for crowdsourcing logistics enterprises,and uses MA-OWA algorithm to reduce the risk assessment index of crowdsourcing logistics enterprises.Then,on the basis of the risk assessment index system constructed above,a Bayesian network model of crowdsourcing logistics company risk is established,and the reasoning algorithm was used to carry out positive causal reasoning and reverse diagnosis reasoning for crowdsourcing logistics company risks.It also has determined the status of risk factors in crowdsourcing logistics companies.The biggest cause chain of crowdsourcing logistics company risks is diagnosed,and then conduct a sensitivity analysis.It showed that the sensitivity of the risk factors and the order of the causal factors is consistent,indicating that the data is accurate and in line with the actual situation.Subsequently,based on the results of the above risk assessment,risk control strategies are proposed for environmental factor risk,human factor risk,management factor risk,service quality factor risk,information and technology factor risk and cargo factor risk.Finally,an empirical study is conducted using Company A as an example to verify the feasibility of the Bayesian model and the applicability of the risk assessment index system and appraisal methods for crowdsourcing logistics companies,it is important for improving the operational efficiency and risk management level of crowdsourcing logistics companies.
