| With the development of knowledge capital globalization,the importance of knowledge workers has been paid more and more attention by enterprise managers,but the knowledge workers have special characteristics that are not available to ordinary employees in terms of thinking value and problem processing mode.,so this has caused great challenges to the traditional leadership style,how to effectively and fully manage the employees of these enterprises with the vast majority of knowledge,so that they can better develop in the enterprise and reduce the flow rate and other issues which have the urgency of the times.The authentic leadership style has been confirmed by scholars in a scries of aspects that affect the attitudes and behaviors of employees in general enterprises.However,for the research of knowledge workers,empirical research results have not been obtained in many aspects.This paper uses the method of questionnaire survey to verify the intrinsic influence mechanism between authentic leadership,employee stewardship behavior,emotional commitment and employee self-expansion by means of empirical research.The research results are as follows:(1)There are significant differences in gender variables between authentic leadership,employee stewardship behavior,emotional commitment,and self-expansion;there are no significant differences in age variables;emotional commitments vary significantly in educational level;employee stewardship behavior,self-expansion significantly in positions/identities.(2)Correlation analysis results show that there is a positive correlation between authentic leaders and their dimensions,employee stewardship behavior and emotional commitment,and employee self-expansion.(3)The results of regression and Amos analysis show that authentic leaders and their four dimensions have a significant positive impact on employee stewardship behavior and emotional commitment.Knowledge-based employee emotional commitment plays a partial intermediary role between authentic leadership and employee stewardship behavior.(4)The results of intermediary adjustment analysis show that knowledge workers’ self-expansion plays a positive role in regulating between authentic leadership and employee stewardship behavior.According to the above research results,the paper draws the following conclusions:authentic leaders can positively influence employees to generate employee stewardship behavior through emotional commitment,and employees’self-expansion plays a role in regulating this intermediary effect.At the end of the paper,practical management suggestions and prospects are presented. |
