A Study On The Influencing Factors Of Tourist Satisfaction In Rural Tourism Destinations

In recent years,rural tourism has flourished and gradually entered the fast track of industrial development.The increasing share of rural tourism in the tourism market is an important pillar of rural revitalization and the main method for farmers to get rid of poverty.However,the problems of homogenization,inadequate infrastructure and inconvenient transportation in rural tourism projects are endless.Therefore,the advantages and disadvantages of rural tourism destinations are judged by the satisfaction criteria of tourists.It is proposed to use typical cases to study the satisfaction of tourists in rural tourism areas in Henan Province.Through the empirical research,we find out the significant indicator variables that affect the satisfaction of rural tourism destinations,and obtain the influence factors of rural tourism destinations and analyze them to provide suggestions for the development of rural tourism.This paper studies the Chinese and foreign scholars in the field of rural tourism and tourist satisfaction theory models,and takes tourists’ satisfaction as an indicator to measure the advantages and disadvantages of rural tourism.According to the domestic and foreign literatures,the factors affecting the satisfaction of tourists are sorted out and verified by empirical test.The factors affecting the satisfaction of tourists in rural tourism areas are verified,and the mechanism of each influencing factors on the satisfaction of tourists is analyzed.According to the road map that affects the satisfaction of tourists,the scenic area management department and the government propose corresponding suggestions and policies.The content of this paper is mainly composed of four parts: The first part is to study the concept and characteristics of rural tourism by studying relevant literatures at home and abroad,and to consider the influencing factors of tourist satisfaction,and lay a foundation for constructing the tourist satisfaction evaluation model of rural tourism destinations.The second part is to study the factors of tourist satisfaction model by combing the literature of tourist satisfaction model,to determine the specific influencing factors of tourist satisfaction,to construct the evaluation system of rural tourist destination satisfaction based on the impact factor,and to identify potential variables and indicators.Variables,and research hypotheses based on the evaluation system.The third part is based on the evaluation system to design the questionnaire,using the combination of field research and online questionnaire to collect data,and organize the descriptive analysis of the data.The fourth part is to carry out empirical analysis,validate the validity and reliability of the sample data,and use the structural equation model to verify the structural equation model of the influencing factors of rural tourist destination satisfaction,verify the correctness and parameters of the model.Significant.
