The essence of tourism is to provide visitors with experience.The theme park is the most rapid development scenic spot in China.At the present stage,the management of tourists in the theme parks of our country has the problems of lack of management consciousness,imperfect management mechanism,single arrangement of scenic spots,single experience activities,incomplete service for tourists and so on.How to satisfy the escalating experience demand of tourists becomes the problem that must be solved in order to develop tourism and improve its competitiveness.Domestic and foreign experts and scholars have relatively mature research on tourist experience.There is less research on the experience value of tourists,especially in China.The experience value of tourists is a key factor that affects the quality of tourists.This article begins with the new term of experience economy and studies concepts such as travel experience,experience value,and previous exploration research.Based on previous studies and the study of this article,the conceptual definition of theme park visitor management is given.Scholars at home and abroad have conducted a lot of exploration on tourist management.However,there is almost no visitor management based on experience value research in theme parks.This article seeks to fill this vacancy and provide theoretical foundations and realistic plans for the future research and development of theme parks.It is an inevitable trend that theme parks use tourist management to provide their own operating standards.The management of tourists should be based on the principle of systematicness,human text,operability,and outstanding experience.The theme park visitor management is given from the aspects of the planning and design of the scenic spot and the quality of service.It is an innovative point of this article to add tourists’ initiative management in the management of tourists.The experience value of tourists is mainly determined by the subjective understanding of tourists.From the three dimensions of travel experience,scenic area planning and service quality,24 factors that affect the experience value of tourists are selected,and the Lekite five-scale questionnaire is designed to describe the case of Datang Furong Garden.Visitors conduct surveys,conduct reliability analysis,describe statistical analysis and IPA analysis,find out the problems and causes of Datang Furong Tourist Management,and try to find out the tourist management strategies which can maximum value of the visitors’ experience in China’s theme parks based on interviews with the scenic staff.Based on the status quo and problems of Datang Furong Garden,we propose strategies for improving management awareness,implementing management mechanisms,rationally distributing attractions,creating an atmosphere of experience,improving tourist centers,improving ticketing systems,improving service levels,and standardizing tourist behavior.Provide theoretical and realistic solutions for tourist management.
