Research On PPP Financing Mode Of Forest Park In China

In recent years,with the rapid development of our country's ecological protection and the rapid development of forest tourism in the world,China's Forest Park has been rapid development,the rapid rise in the number of Forest Park.Since the financial capital is the main source of funds for the construction of Forest Park of China,but in recent years due to the outbreak of the financial crisis and the government fiscal revenue growth slowed,widening the Forest Park project financing channels is imperative.Due to the characteristics of the Forest Park project is suitable for PPP financing mode and the government in the supply of funds is insufficient,it is necessary to introduce social capital to participate in the construction of Forest Park.Therefore this paper related theory at home and abroad PPP and Forest Park and analyzed,through the analysis of related theories of domestic and foreign PPP and Forest Park and the development status to provide theoretical support for further research.Secondly,it analyzes the financing mode of Forest Park in China,and points out its deficiency,which provides the precondition for the PPP mode financing in Forest Park.Then through the research above,three kinds of model suitable for the Forest Park from a number of PPP mode and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages,finally choose the BOTL model as the most suitable for the current Forest Park financing model and this model for the design of specific financing plan.Then the design of the BOTL financing program is applied to the actual project and analysis of the use of BOTL financing model of the benefits of the project,to provide practical support for this study.Finally,this paper puts forward the current Forest Park BOTL mode financing constraints and puts forward relevant suggestions.Hope to provide reference for China's Forest Park PPP financing.
