Study On The Spatial Pattern Of Settlements In Ningling County

The problems of agriculture,countryside and peasants are fundamental issues concerning the national economy and the people's livelihood.Strong agriculture,rural beauty and peasant wealth are important goals for rural revitalization.Whether it is from grain cultivation,internal commercialization of crop production,internal commercialization of agriculture,or commercialization of rural economy,social and economic changes have always been the driving force for the evolution of rural spatial systems,and settlements are the most direct expression of rural spatial systems.As a carrier of rural population,rural settlements are an important part of rural areas,and its research has practical significance for solving the rural problems in theagriculture,countryside and peasants" issues.The plain agricultural area is a concentrated area in rural areas.With the adjustment of social and economic structure and the acceleration of urbanization,The settlements generally show an increase in area,a decrease in quantity,and a shape tending to be regular.However,the differences in the scale of urban and rural settlements,the low degree of aggregation of settlements,and the small scale of scales and the small number of scales are still prominent.In 2018,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued the "Village Revitalization Strategic Plan(2018-2022)",which proposed to "coordinate the urban and rural development space","improve the urban and rural layout structure",and "optimize the rural development layout".It is urgent to pay attention to the study of the spatial pattern of settlements in plain agricultural areas.The analysis of the spatial pattern of settlements in plain agricultural areas is of great significance for the settlement of organic,harmonious and healthy development and the promotion of the "agriculture,countryside and peasants" issues and the realization of rural revitalization.In this context,this study selected Ningling County in the plain agricultural area,based on the theory of human-land relationship,economies of scale and agglomeration economics,public product theory,spatial structure theory;using 2016 remote sensing image data,administrative division maps,statistics Data,field research data.First of all,the settlement of 14 townships in the county in 2016 includes settlement scale,settlement density and settlement distribution.Secondly,according to the road network distance and related indicators,the dispersion degree of the settlement patches in the county is measured,and the scale and fractal of the current settlement are studied.Thirdly,using principal component analysis and multiple regression analysis methods,the factors affecting the settlement scale are analyzed from the township scale and the administrative village scale.Finally,the village development potential index system is constructed,and the village scope is defined by the Voronoi diagram to achieve macroscopically Rural reconstruction.The study has the following findings:(1)The number of settlements in the intermediate scale is large,and the number of settlements at higher ranks is not prominent;the overall difference of settlement density is small,and the settlement density of most undeveloped towns is higher than that of town settlement density.The settlements in the space are distributed along the road,distributed along the river,and the distribution of the economic center(township,market)has an inverted U-shaped curve.The concentration of settlements in the county or township is relatively higher,and the settlement of township boundaries is highly fragmented.Using the fractal model to obtain the Qifu index of the settlement of Ningling County,q<1,the number of settlements in the middle class of Ningling County is relatively large,and the number of settlements at higher ranks is not prominent.(2)Location factors,agricultural natural factors,national policies,and economic development levels have an important impact on the size of settlements.Indicators that bring together agglomeration economies,economies of scale,and public goods are included in the model,and multiple linearity are used to scale the settlements from different scales.Regression analysis shows that:on the administrative village scale,the number of households,the number of laborers,the level of economic development,and the number of markets are the main factors affecting the scale of settlements,and they are positively correlated with the scale of settlements;There is a negative correlation between the area of cultivated land and the size of settlementsthe;on the township scale,the comprehensive economic strength of the township has a significant positive correlation effect on the size of the settlement.(3)Based on the problem that the scale of the settlement is not prominent and the degree of clustering is large,the villages in Ningling County will be reconstructed in space,comprehensively selecting indicators(settlements),social and economic aspects that can influence the development of future villages.The potential model and the characteristics of the Voronoi are used to divide the future rural development into three levels,namely,Chengguan Town,Township,and Central Village.As the phenomenon of peasants entering the town and entering the town became more common,the area located in the county town and township are divided into residential communities.At the same time,combined with the unique agricultural industry development of the county,the village development type is divided into large-scale grain-making villages and specialized fruit trees.Planting villages and specialized peanut planting villages.
