Research On The Main Problems And Countermeasures Of Employee Endowment Insurance Agency In Hong'An County

In recent years,with the rapid development of social security undertakings,the public's recognition of the social security system and expectation has become higher and higher,and more and more people are participating in the social security system.However,in the process,the service capacity of the insurance agency for employees'pension in Hong'an County slightly lags behind.The agency of Hong'an County,as a county-level handling agency,has strong regional characteristics in terms of its institutional setup and business process and methods.It is not only the requirement to build a service-oriented government,but also the urgent needs of the masses to improve the service capacity of these agencies in Hong'an County.This paper mainly elaborates and contrasts the setting,function,operation process and related policies of the agency in Hong'an County in the principle of public service.Based on the literature data method and the in-depth interview method,a comprehensive analysis of the problems existing in the agency in Hong'an County was carried out.At present,the problems existing in it are mainly manifested in the regionalization of organizational structure,unscientific system construction,heavy work tasks,low professional identity,lack of infrastructure construction,and lag in informationization standardization.Risk management is not in place,and the awareness of risk prevention is weak.Therefore,the relatively weak system has restricted the development of social security in the county.In order to improve the quality of social security in Hong'an County,meet the needs of the masses,combine the current problems in the real work,and learn from the experience of other well-developed regions,many targeted opinions and suggestions have been put forward.It is expected to improve the service capacity and promote the construction of the insurance agency for employees' pension in Hong,an County by optimizing institutional setup,increasing system construction,bettering service methods,increasing financial input,improving supporting facilities,strengthening supervision and control,and focusing on risk control.
