A Study On The Impact Of The Endowment Insurance System Reform Of The Government Agency And Public Institution On The Employment Choice

Endowment insurance is to protect the basic life of workers after retirement to avoid risks at the same time,so for the choice of occupation,pension insurance has a very important impact.In today’s society,the benefits of old-age insurance become an important consideration for different employment options.The pension system plays an important role in the employment structure of the country,and plays a key role in the operation and development of the labor market.January 14,2015,the State Council issued "the State Council on the organs and institutions of staff pension insurance system reform decision",decided from October 1,2014 on the organs and institutions of staff pension system reform,organs and institutions to implement Social co-ordination and the combination of individual accounts of the basic old-age insurance system,co-payment by the units and individuals.However,after the implementation of the policy,the old-age treatment of government institutions has changed,which will affect the concept of labor employment,career behavior,thus affecting the entire labor market,affecting the social structure changes.Based on this point,this paper makes further study and analysis on the policy of pension insurance system through the literature research.Through the questionnaire survey,it analyzes the change of people’s behavior and attitudes after the output of the old-age insurance policy,compares the impact of the pension policy and the implementation of forecasting system.Policy after the implementation of the practical impact of a clear policy problems,hoping to provide a reference for the improvement of policy.
