In recent years,with the continuous development and improvement of China's infrastructure construction,as well as the introduction of national support policies for high-tech industries,the civil explosion industry occupies an increasingly important position.Inventory accounts for a large proportion of the current assets of civil explosive enterprises.The level of inventory management of enterprises directly affects the smooth operatiorn of enterprises and ultimately affects the profits of enter:prises.Due to the impact of the macro-economy,the traditional chemical industry has excess capacity.Facing the new situation of shrinking demand and fierce competition,it has become an urgent problem for civil explosive enterprises to strengthen inventory management.In addition to the current our country civil industry more than ten large listed company,the rest are scattered all over the country's many small and medium-sized civil enterprises,the small and medium-sized civil enterprises in inventory management exists some shortage,if able to improve them,can improve the efficiency of its operation,and in the increasingly competitive industrial explosive achieve great progress in the market.Therefore,this paper takes M company as the case study object,and the core problem of the study is:how to improve the inventory management of small and medium-sized civil explosive enterprises?The research idea of this article is:using the case method,literature research,qualitative and quantitative analysis,field survey method and interview method,combining with the theory and method of inventory management,M industrial explosive company inventory management,for example,through the firsthand material and second-hand information,find out the current problems of inventory management,analyzes the reasons and puts forward Suggestions for improvement.The characteristics of this paper are as follows:combining with the characteristics of the inventory of the civil explosion industry,this paper studies the inventory management of the small and medium-sized civil explosion industry,in order to enrich the research on the inventory management in the field of civil explosion,and to provide reference for the construction of the inventory management system of the small and medium-sized civil explosion enterprises in China.The research value and enlightenment significance of this paper:at present,China's small and medium-sized civil explosive enterprises show weak competitiveness,and as the main current assets of civil explosive enterprises,their inventory management level has a lot of room for improvement,it is urgent to optimize their inventory management,so as to make their enterprises healthy and sustainable development.M company is taken as the representative of small and medium-sized civil explosive enterprises to study,hoping that its inventory management optimization measures can provide some reference for other small and medium-sized civil explosive enterprises.
