Study On Farmers,Demand On Farm-related Fund And Its Influencing Factors In Hejian Township,Linzhou City

Adhere to the priority development of agricultural rural farmers,is the only way to achieve rural revitalization.Farmers are the main body,core and soul of rural revitalization,farmers are producers,developers,pioneers,farmers are the seeder,operators,beneficiaries of rural revitalization.Capital demand is regarded as the primary factor restricting farmers' development and production.The innovation of financial means such as rural property right financing has been paid attention to in the management level in order to break the constraints of farmers' funds.Taking Hejian Town of Linzhou City,Anyang City,Henan Province as the research area,according to the principle of random sampling,173 peasant households in 9 natural villages of Hejian Town,Linzhou City,Henan Province were selected as the research objects.On the basis of defining the key concepts,such as capital demand,this paper analyzes the fund demand,use,source and gap of farmers in agricultural production by using the method of combining descriptive statistical analysis with quantitative analysis.From four aspects:the basic information of the household head,the agricultural production and management,the input and output of farm land,and Rural financial development,the paper analyzes the agricultural capital needs of farmers.Among them,the total household population,the proportion of agricultural income to total household income,the crop planting area,the investment in agricultural production funds,and the policy of agriculture-related funds,The farmers' understanding of the agricultural credit products is the main factor that affects the farmers' agricultural capital demand in Hejian Town of Linzhou City.The results show that the contradiction of farmers' agricultural capital demand is prominent,the input and output of agricultural funds in agricultural production are not directly proportional,the sources of farmers' agriculture-related funds,the single financing channels,and the farmers' ability to manage agriculture need to be improved urgently.Based on the analysis of the present situation and causes of the farmers' fund demand related to agriculture in Hejian Town,Linzhou City,Henan Province,this paper suggests that the first is to correctly guide the farmers to adjust the supply-side structure,the other is to strengthen the support to the main body of agricultural management,and to improve the capacity of large-scale management.Thirdly,increase scientific research investment and agricultural planting subsidies,stabilize the price of agricultural products,protect the rights and interests of farmers;fourth,improve the level of farmers'cultural quality and skills,cultivate new type of professional farmers.
