Study On The Risk And Control Of Alipay

Alipay is the most popular third party payment tool for domestic users.By the end of January 2019,the number of live users has reached 700 million.Based on the summary analysis of the current third party payment platform in China,this paper finds that the main advantages of Alipay lie in the following two points: 1.,there are many scenes of payment coverage under the line,and payment and settlement can be made by Alipay in supermarkets and department stores in major cities.2.Flower choke,debit choke and other financial products have low threshold,which eliminates the cumbersome process of bank lending.At the same time,after analysis,it is found that the key for Alipay to stabilize the above advantages lies in having stable and reliable risk detection,evaluation and control technology,and resisting the threat from malicious users and network corruption.Based on the relevant financial risk control theory,and referring to the literature on the study of black ash production governance,such as the white paper,user identification technology,and face recognition technology,this paper studies the existing main transaction risk evaluation system of Alipay,summarizes the types of risks,and summarizes the countermeasures against risks.In view of different types of risks,the risk control department of Alipay has put forward corresponding countermeasures which are mainly divided into the following categories: firstly,establish user real name authentication and user credit system,such as "sesame credit",strive to be in line with the central bank credit investigation,and increase the cost of malicious user violations.Secondly,cooperate with police department,set up specialized teams to crack down on criminals.Thirdly,we need to build a green financial ecology and break down banking and Internet financial barriers.
