Study On Internal Control Of XSG Group

The problem of the current enterprise development must face is internal control,whether the reasonable internal control is related to the enterprise management,financial management,policy implementation and other effective key,internal control means,processes and technology will directly affect the enterprise survival,development and profitability.As a large-scale agricultural and animal husbandry enterprise in Heilongjiang province,XSG Group is also the leading agricultural enterprise in Heilongjiang province.Its development and changes play a decisive role in local farmers' employment,taxation and industry development.To study the internal control problems of XSG Group,explore the weaknesses of the internal control of the company,and put forward suggestions for improvement.It is of great significance to help XSG Group improve its internal control and improve its internal personnel's understanding of the internal control of the company.In the same way,it can also provide reference for other agricultural companies and group companies with similar problems.In order to improve the internal control of XSG Group,this paper adopts literature research method and field research method to analyze the internal control status of XSG Group.To sum up the problems of internal control,such as weak internal environment,poor management of internal control activities,poor communication and communication,imperfect audit department and ineffective risk assessment.The reason is that the company did not form a good internal control environment,lack of necessary control activities,did not form effective information communication,did not pay attention to internal oversight and did not establish risk identification and evaluation mechanisms.Then,using the empirical method,the author draws the inspiration from the successful experience of the internal control of Huaying Agriculture,which is similar in scope and type to the subject of this research,to improve the internal control of XSG Group.Try to propose ways and means to improve the internal control problems of XSG Group from five aspects: internal environment,control activities,information and communication,internal supervision and risk assessment,with a view to helping the enterprise improve its internal control and reduce the risks faced by the enterprise.Improve the profits of enterprises,promote the steady development of enterprises in fierce market competition,and at the same time play the leading role of leading enterprises in local economic construction.
