Research On Land Intensive Use Evaluation In Qiqihar

The carrier of human existence is land.People use the land in order to obtain material information for survival,but they also need to develop and protect the land properly.Certain land use patterns and degree play an extremely important role in the development of regional economy.However,with the increase of population,industrialization and urbanization,the contradiction between supply and demand of land resources is bound to become increasingly acute.The former extensive land use mode can not keep up with the requirements of modern urban development.Intensive land use mode has gradually become an inevitable trend to achieve sustainable development of land resources and solve the contradiction between supply and demand of land resources.In this paper,Qiqihar City as the research object,on the basis of drawing lessons from the existing academic research results,using normative and empirical methods and other related research in this paper.Firstly,the current situation of land use in Qiqihar city is clarified,and the existing problems and their causes are described and analyzed.Secondly,the index system is constructed,the index weight is determined by the entropy method,and the multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the level of intensive land use in Qiqihar city.Finally,according to the analysis and evaluation results,countermeasures and suggestions are given for the government to formulate policies.Reference and basis,but also for the formulation of policies and guidance of land intensive use practice to provide useful reference.The conclusions are as follows:(1)From 2007 to 2017,the intensive degree of land use in Qiqihar City showed a fluctuating upward trend.The land intensive grade of Qiqihar City in 2007-2009 is extensive grade,fluctuates between extensive grade and basic intensive grade in 2010,is in basic intensive grade in2010-2012,and is in intensive grade in 2013-2016.(2)From 2007 to 2017,the intensity of land input in Qiqihar showed a fluctuating upward trend.From 2007 to 2014,it showed an upward trend.In 2015,it began to decline to 0.176,and then began to rise to 0.179 in 2016,and then to 0.174 in 2017.(3)From 2007 to 2017,the land use degree of Qiqihar City showed a fluctuating downward trend,and the evaluation value of land use degree increased from 0.184 in 2007 to 0.19 in2009.From 2010 to 2013,it began to decline from 0.18 in 2010 to 0.138 in 2013.In 2014,it increased slightly,but then it declined sharply,and finally decreased to 0.048 in 2017.Population density has a greater impact on it.(4)From 2007 to 2017,the evaluation value of land use efficiency in Qiqihar City showed a fluctuating upward trend.The evaluation value of land use efficiency showed an upward trend in 2007-2010,a downward trend in 2011-2012,and a rapid increase in 2013,then began to decline to0.242 in 2014,and then began to fluctuate and rise in the following years.Its change trend is roughly the same as the evaluation value of land use efficiency.(5)The evaluation value of land use sustainability in Qiqihar City showed a fluctuating upward trend from 2007 to 2017.From 2007 to 2012,the evaluation value of land use sustainability in Qiqihar City increased from 0.012 in 2007 to 0.087 in 2012,but decreased slightly in 2013 to0.08,and then increased in 2014-2017.Greening coverage rate and harmless disposal rate of domestic waste are the main influencing factors.(6)From the perspective of spatial change characteristics,the land intensive degree of each district and county in Qiqihar City increased in 2007-2017.From extensive level to intensive level,it went through the process of extensive level-Basic intensive level-intensive level.In2007,the land intensive degree of each district and county was less than 0.4,and the grade was in extensive grade.In 2012,the intensive degree in the central part is relatively high,while that in the northeast is relatively low.In 2017,the spatial distribution of intensive degree is from the middle to both sides.The value of land intensive degree in the middle is relatively high(except Tailai County),and the value of land intensive degree on both sides is relatively low.(7)On the basis of the above analysis,the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the intensive use of land in Qiqihar City are as follows: to increase the degree of land use investment;to improve the degree of land use;to improve the efficiency of land use;to build an eco-intensive use city;to strengthen the guiding role of urban planning and overall land use planning.
