With the rapid development of social economy,the continuous expansion of financial market openness and the gradual growth of personal wealth,various types of banks are constantly speeding up their entry into Wenzhou to carry out financial business,which means the competition among banks has become increasingly fierce in recent years.To enhance its core competitiveness in the market of individual customer,Wenzhou R Bank must improve service quality and innovation,seize customer resources and improve customer satisfaction.Firstly,this paper elaborated the relevant theoretical research results of customer satisfaction at home and abroad,and summarized them.Combining with the development status of Wenzhou R Bank,it conducted a comprehensive analysis and research on the situation of Wenzhou R Bank and its core influencing factors in terms of customer satisfaction by means of literature analysis,questionnaire research and case analysis.At the same time,we collected data by means of questionnaire survey,based on which,we studied the problems in the process of customer satisfaction management of Wenzhou R Bank.This paper uses the four-dimensional model of service innovation to analyze and refine the internal mechanism of service innovation of Wenzhou R Bank.Finally,this paper analyzed the shortcomings and challenges of the service model of urban commercial banks represented by Wenzhou R Bank in the current information age,put forward some suggestions on how to improve the service innovation ability of Wenzhou R Bank,such as the innovation of customer interface,the concept of bank service,the innovation of financial products and the innovation of information technology.This paper took the operational needs of the banking industry as the starting point,studied the current customer satisfaction of Wenzhou R Bank,and formulated effective measures to improve customer satisfaction,in order to help improve customer satisfaction and customer service level of Wenzhou R Bank.This paper will be a reasonable reference for commercial banks in service transformation for improving customer satisfaction and enhancing their core competitiveness and win more customers.If commercial banks want to remain invincible in the modern society with rapid economic development,they must enhance their core competitiveness.This paper will provide a reference for the service innovation of commercial banks on the areas of identifying the problems that appear in banks,enhancing customer experience,gaining customers' trust,meeting customers' needs and improving customer satisfaction.
