Commercial banks are the product of economy development. With the continuous deepening of the reform of the financial system, Commercial banks are becoming important promoting force; and playing a significant, forward-looking and trailblazing role; at the same time, playing infrastructure role in economy development. Their innovative activities have been become studying focus. However, in HEBEI Province, constrained by the belief of planning economy,people emphasize a lot more one products, and much less on service, which results in the less innovative in commercial banks.Firstly, this paper analyses the domestic and international theoretical results on service innovation of commercial banks. Which have constant use for reference. Secondly, this paper writes the theory, controlling the driving force, the model of four dimensions etc in commercial banks. Thirdly, this paper analyses the present situation on commercial banks in HEBEI province, and raises the weakness; at the same time, goes on survey on the Customer Satisfaction, which provide the directions of the paper. Fourthly, the paper this text carries on the factor analysis, related analysis, multi linear regression analysis, based the questionnaire investigation of eleven banks in HEBEI, which displays the driving force of commercial banks in HEBEI. This paper also carries on One-Way ANOVA analysis, and analyses the difference between State-owned Commercial Banks and share-holding Commercial Banks. Finally, by the authentic proof, the paper raises innovative model and the results of the research.
