Based on the development of mobile Internet technology and the maturity of new energy automobile industry,sharing automobile is becoming a new choice for urban travel.Environmental protection,convenience,economy and intelligence are its typical characteristics.With the help of the business model of sharing economy,sharing automobile is rapidly becoming the first choice for people to travel.Shared car travel is not only a trend but also a trend to alleviate traffic pressure and reduce road traffic emissions.It is also a manifestation of science and technology leading the society towards intellectualization.The development mode of shared automobile in foreign countries is becoming mature,but the development time of domestic shared automobile industry is still very short,and there is little research on customer satisfaction analysis.Therefore,this study can not only enrich the theoretical research in this field,but also provide effective operational suggestions for shared automobile enterprises,improve customer satisfaction and promote the development of shared automobile industry in China.Firstly,according to the form of questionnaire survey,this paper collects the sample data of shared car user satisfaction.The user satisfaction index model of this paper is constructed by factor analysis and structural equation construction.Then the collected data are input into professional statistical software suitable for structural equation modeling to model and verify the actual data.Through reliability,validity analysis,multiple factor variance analysis,evaluation of measurement of structural equation model,evaluation of fitting degree of structural equation model,etc.Section,the rationality of this data and the rationality of the user satisfaction index model constructed in this paper are tested.Finally,the relationship between the four variables of enterprise behavior,vehicle parameters,security and use experience and the impact effect are obtained by estimating the optimal model parameters.Through this study,it is helpful for enterprises to find out the weak links and improve them in order to better meet the needs of users and improve business efficiency.It has been founded that the total satisfaction index of shared car users was 71.04.User satisfaction with the use of experience factor reached 72.33,while the satisfaction with enterprise behavior factor was generally the lowest.Among the twelve three-level indicators,the satisfaction degree of the quantity put in is the lowest.I put forward the following suggestions:to rationally launch vehicles,expand vehicle innovation,provide selective insurance services,and optimize car rental APP,we need the support of the government.
