Research On The Service Model Transition Of Sunshine Insurance Group Financial Sharing Service Center

With the growing scale of enterprises and the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises,there are many drawbacks in the traditional financial management model,and the financial management reform of enterprises is imminent.At the same time,in order to comply with the call of the Ministry of Finance and SASASAC to establish a financial sharing center and promote the effective development of management accounting,more and more large enterprise groups began to build a financial sharing center.Before building a financial sharing center,an enterprise group should not only learn from the advanced experience of the construction of Financial Sharing Center at home and abroad,but also choose a service mode that matches its own development according to the actual situation of the group.With the development of enterprise groups,the service mode of Sunshine Insurance Group Financial Sharing Center has changed from the initial basic mode to crowdsourcing mode.Through the research,this paper finds that the establishment of Financial Sharing Center in Sunshine Insurance Group is caused by the internal requirements of industry competition and group control.The establishment of the Financial Sharing Center has brought the benefits of improving the management and control ability of the group,saving costs,establishing the operation management system matching the Financial Sharing Center and becoming the training base of the group's financial talents.However,there are still some problems such as hindered staff development,high staff turnover rate,unbalanced workload distribution,and some financial personnel only playing their financial and accounting functions.On October 17,2016,Sunshine Financial Crowdsourcing Platform was officially launched by Sunshine Insurance Group,and the service mode of Financial Sharing Center was transformed into crowdsourcing mode.This paper mainly studies the path,effect and risk of service model transformation.This paper mainly analyses the working principle of crowdsourcing,the content of crowdsourcing Financial Sharing business,the core working link of crowdsourcing,how to build crowdsourcing technology platform,and the operation mode of crowdsourcing.The effect of service mode transformation is mainly embodied in resolving some personnel management problems,balancing the distribution of business volume,reducing costs,and enabling financial personnel to play the role of management accounting.In addition,this paper also analyses the external and internal risks closely related to the transformation of the service mode of the financial sharing center,and puts forward corresponding preventive measures.
