With the development of modern economy and society, the efficiency and level of logistics industry has gradually become a new standard to judge the comprehensive strength of the country. As one of the core industries of the contemporary tertiary industry, the logistics industry continues to seek innovative business models, reduces logistics costs and improves logistics efficiency.Under the background of optimizing the logistics process,a new development model of crowdsourcing logistics has been born.In recent years, the development of China’s E-commerce and O2 O model has ushered in explosive growth, and structural imbalance between supply and demand has continued existence in the field of logistics and distribution. With the improvement of demand market segmentation, the disadvantages of traditional express delivery mode are prominent, and consumers’ demand for faster, more accurate and more convenient logistics distribution mode is significantly increased. The emergence of crowdsourcing logistics solves the problem of real-time distribution in the "last mile" of cities.Since its business model is still in the development stage, there are still many problems that need to be studied and solved urgently.,such as the relevant laws and regulations are not clear, the distribution groups are mixed, the government supervision is absent. Therefore, this paper takes Dada Express as the research object, and studies the application of the sharing economy in the field of logistics from the perspective of business models, which has both theoretical value and practical significance. This paper mainly studies the business model of crowdsourcing logistics under the sharing economy.Firstly,it combs the latest relevant research results at home and abroad, and takes the sharing economy, business model and crowdsourcing logistics as the theoretical basis. Then, taking dada express delivery as the research starting point,we first use the questionnaire survey method to draw a conclusion that customers have a strong willingness to place orders on the dada express delivery platform, and still need to be improved in three aspects: platform function, platform credit and platform guarantee. Then,Porter’s five forces model is used to analyze the development characteristics of dada express delivery in the sharing economy environment, and then the business model of dada express delivery is analyzed with the business canvas model and the grounded theory respectively. It is concluded that dada express delivery can achieve coordinated development by integrating and optimizing its own core resources with market demand, and establishing good cooperative relations with customers and investors. Finally, the research on the whole crowdsourcing logistics industry is promoted by individuals, the problems existing in the crowdsourcing logistics business model under the sharing economy are summarized, and six optimization suggestions are put forward, including the introduction of laws and regulations as soon as possible, the establishment of differentiated competition strategies, the establishment of standardized service systems, the enrichment of cooperation sectors, the enhancement of blank market attractiveness and the strengthening of platform interaction ability. In a word,it will provide reference for the development of crowdsourcing logistics business model, further improve the operation mode of crowdsourcing logistics enterprises, and adapt to the changes and development of the future market. |
