Prospecting is the foundation of architecture.Survey engineers are forward of various positions in construction industry,as we know,without survey and design,there would be no construction industry.Investigation is very important to improve the quality of construction.This paper takes the competence of YK company's survey engineers as the research object.And based on literature research?behavior interview?expert brainstorming and questionnaires method to abstract the competency model of survey engineering.This article involves 20 interviewees,there are 121 questionnaires were sent out.The data are analyzed by SPSS software and Nvivo in detail.And then the competency model is obtained.YK company's competency model is comprised of working attitude?management and coordination skills?learning summary ability?professional ability and self-motivated.It provides a powerful reference for building YK company's competency-based human resource management system. |
