With the rapid advancement of China's urbanization process,while the economic income of urban residents has increased substantially,people have gradually begun to pay attention to the all-round development of urbanization.In the past,the traditional extensive urbanization has not met the requirements of today's overall development.Efficient,inclusive and sustainable new urbanization has become an inevitable trend of urbanization today.Under the background of the new urbanization pursuit of coordinated economic,social and environmental development,it is necessary to comprehensively measure the sustainable development level of urbanization in all provinces of the country.The system of this paper sorts out the research literature on the performance evaluation of new urbanization sustainable development level,summarizes and selects some indicators with more frequent occurrences and introduces some new indicators in combination with the latest urbanization development trend,and finally constructs a set of lines.The effective index system,this paper selects 18 original indicators from three major aspects of economic development,social public service and environmental protection,and selects the raw data of 31 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)from 2005 to 2017 for 13 years.Using a more objective factor analysis method,the performance evaluation of the urbanization sustainable development level of each province under each year was carried out,and then the K-means cluster analysis method was used to make the provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)sustainable according to their urbanization.The development level is divided into three categories.After completing the performance evaluation of each province,the following article analyzes the factors affecting the sustainable development level of urbanization by using the analysis of variance,and selects six relatively important influencing factors.Tobit model,taking the scores of the sustainable development level of each province as the dependent variable,the above six phases Important as independent variables,respectively,after their number to be the natural Tobit regression analysis to study the factors elastic size of urbanization sustainable development,to arrive at the relative importance of various factors.The first chapter is the introduction of this paper,which is mainly about the background meaning,content ideas and introduction of the literature.The second chapter is the definition of concepts and the elaboration of related theories.The third chapter is the construction of the index system for the performance evaluation of new urbanization sustainable development level.The fourth chapter is to determine the common factors by factor analysis and score the sustainable development level of urbanization in all provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions),and then classify the provinces according to the scores by cluster analysis.The fifth chapter is to select several important influencing factors indicators through analysis of variance,and then study the elasticity of these indicators through Tobit regression model to measure the elasticity of the indicators and the direction of the impact on the sustainable development level of urbanization.The sixth chapter is a summary and outlook of the research.The results show that,on the one hand,in the same year,between the provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions),the provinces of Beijing,Shanghai,Guangdong,and Jiangsu have higher levels of sustainable urbanization,while located in the north and northwest regions of Liaoning.The sustainable development level in Gansu,Xinjiang and Qinghai is relatively low.On the other hand,as for the overall level of sustainable development of urbanization in 2005-2017,its overall level and annual growth have shown a good upward trend.Analysis of variance and Tobit regression analysis showed that the contribution rate of the tertiary industry to the gross national product,the number of public vehicles owned by 10,000 people,the participation rate of urban residents' basic old-age insurance,and the harmless treatment rate of urban domestic garbage were all in towns and cities.The level of sustainable development has a significant positive correlation,while the urban registered unemployment rate,the concentration of respirable particles and the level of sustainable urbanization are significantly negatively correlated.The elasticity of these influencing factors is the contribution rate of the tertiary industry to the gross national product,the number of public vehicles per 10,000 people,the urban registered unemployment rate,the concentration of respirable particles,the participation rate of urban residents' basic old-age insurance,and the towns.The harmless treatment rate of domestic garbage.Finally,based on the research conclusions,corresponding suggestions are proposed to help improve the sustainable development level of new urbanization in China.
