Since the 19 th National Congress,financial poverty alleviation and rural revitalization have been the focus of current agricultural and rural financial work,emphasizing the need to strengthen financial services in key areas of agriculture and rural areas,and deepen the system of coordinated urban and rural development,which is also the Baicheng Branch of the Postal Savings Bank.Development brings opportunities and challenges.The micro-loan of farmers is one of the main businesses initiated by the Baicheng Branch of the Postal Savings Bank since its establishment.The Sannong Financial Business adheres to the financial concept of “Puzhi Urban and Rural Areas,Benefiting the People” and is based on the service of “agriculture,rural areas and farmers”.We will broaden the capital channels for returning to Baicheng and returning to the countryside,and actively implement the relevant arrangements of the Party Central Committee,the State Council,the Jilin Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government for implementing the rural revitalization strategy,and closely focus on the basic strategy of “precise poverty alleviation and precision poverty alleviation” for farmers.Provide more financial support to promote a virtuous cycle of the agricultural economy.The postal bank has a wide network of outlets and customers in the country.Among them,urban and rural towns account for a large proportion,and have a deep understanding of the rural financial environment.Therefore,the Postal Savings Bank has a considerable market in the microfinance market oriented by farmers.Competitiveness.However,under the ever-changing financial market and economic downward pressure,there are still some problems that need to be solved in the marketing process of the micro-credit of farmers in the Baicheng Branch of the Postal Savings Bank.This paper takes the micro-loans of farmers in the Baicheng Branch of the Postal Savings Bank as the research object.Firstly,through the study and reading of relevant marketing works and literatures,as well as the reference to advanced marketing concepts at home and abroad,the problems in marketing micro-loans of farmers are deeply explored.And the reasons for making a reasonable marketing plan.Secondly,this paper expounds the marketing status of the micro-credit business of the farmers in the Baicheng Branch of the Postal Savings Bank.Through the analysis of the current status of the business marketing,the problems in the marketing process are obtained.Thirdly,the macro marketing environment and micro marketing environment of the micro-credit of farmers in the Baicheng Branch of the Postal Savings Bank were analyzed.At the same time,combined with the swot analysis method,the in-depth analysis of the dominant factors,the inferior factors,the opportunity factors and the threat factors,through the product design,current development status,internal and external competition,etc.,comprehensively analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the products,and put forward their own threats.Insights and solutions,and ideas for innovation and development for opportunities.Next,carefully compare the development of microfinance loans among peers in the jurisdiction,lock the target market,segment the customers,and determine the market positioning,in order to develop a reasonable marketing mix strategy,optimize products and improve advertising.Measures such as accuracy of delivery,channel construction,and promotion of marketing services will further enhance the core competitiveness of the micro-loans of farmers in the Baicheng Branch of the Postal Savings Bank.Finally,this paper puts forward suggestions from three aspects of employee performance,supervision system and information technology,in order to guarantee the favorable implementation of the marketing combination strategy of the micro-loan market of the farmers in the Baicheng Branch of the Postal Savings Bank.
