The Silk Road Economic Belt is a new economic development area formed on the basis of the concept of the ancient Silk Road.It includes Shanxi,Gansu,Qinghai,Ningxia and Xinjiang in the five provinces of Northwest China,Chongqing,Sichuan,Yunnan and Guangxi in the urban areas of Southwest China.In 2013,Chinese President Xi Jinping made a speech at Kazakh,Steiner,Zal and bayev University.The New Silk Road Economic Belt,with the Asia-Pacific Economic Circle in the East and the European Economic Circle in the west,is regarded as the "longest and most potential economic corridor in the world".China's formal implementation of the "one belt and one way" development strategy has brought about excellent development opportunities for the region along the line.Qinghai Province is located in the central region of the five northwest provinces,which plays a great role in promoting the development of Western China,especially in all aspects of Qinghai Province.This paper studies Qinghai,an important province on the Silk Road economic belt,analyses its achievements and shortcomings in economic construction,and gives its own thoughts,suggestions and contents from the perspective of scientific and technological support and countermeasures.From the historical changes,geographical position and unique advantages of rich natural resources of Qinghai as the ancient Silk Road Road,the paper begins to sort out the advantages of Qinghai as the modern Qinghai Province to promote the scientific and technological innovation of Qinghai by taking advantage of the opportunity of the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt.The construction of the Department plays an important role in utilizing the advantages of Qinghai's energy and transportation,enhancing the ability of scientific and technological innovation and enhancing the core competitiveness.This paper expounds the achievements in the construction of Qinghai Silk Road Economic Belt in recent years,summarizes the current situation and existing problems of the construction of Qinghai Silk Road Economic Belt,and reflects on the current situation and problems in the construction of Qinghai Silk Road Economic Belt.Mainly from the gap and the reasons of the gap in the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt in Qinghai,this paper makes a theoretical reflection and summary on the bottleneck in the development of the Silk Road Economic Belt in Qinghai,and points out that the development of Qinghai in the future should change from internal competition to international external competition,from single industrial cooperation to pluralism.The transformation of cooperation from unilateral trade to diversified multilateral trade,from a single scientific and technological cooperation project to a diversified mode of scientific and technological cooperation.Finally,on the basis of these theories,the paper puts forward feasible scientific and technological policy suggestions and Countermeasures of scientific and technological support,and further emphasizes the importance and strategic position of Qinghai in the construction of Silk Road Economic Belt.
