Hubei Province Xuanen Performance Evaluation On Financial Funds For Poverty Alleviation Research

Poverty refers to a series of social problems caused directly by poverty.With the development of society,the problem of poverty has become a serious problem that plagued countries all over the world,especially for developing countries.With the change of the whole big economic environment in China,especially the widening of the income gap between urban and rural areas,the management,distribution,use and efficiency of the poverty alleviation funds still exist inadequacies.The financial support for the poverty alleviation funds in the poor mountainous villages and counties is still not in place,the poverty alleviation is not enough and the effect is not obvious.Therefore,how to further optimize the poverty alleviation structure,scientifically formulate the financial Poverty Alleviation Policies in mountain villages and counties,promote the innovation of poverty alleviation methods and effectively improve the efficiency of the use of poverty alleviation funds,which we should focus on and study.This paper is generally divided into five chapters.The first chapter and the two chapter introduce the theory part,and comb the domestic and foreign literature and classical development theory.The third,fourth chapter as an empirical analysis,through the case analysis,field investigation and literature research,in combination with the actual situation in Xuanen County,on the basis of the actual situation,to build a performance evaluation system for poverty alleviation funds.The weight of index is confirmed by AHP analytic hierarchy process.According to the index value of Xuanen county and the expert questionnaire,the quantitative index and the qualitative index are divided and the results are analyzed,and the comprehensive conclusions are obtained.On this basis,the main reasons for the backward economic development in Xuanen county are discussed.The fifth chapter is the suggestion part,and puts forward some suggestions for the development of Xuanen after that.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect of this article.In this paper,the results of the performance of the financial aid for poor funds in Xuanen county have been found,and the overall fund use effect of Xuanen county is better.In the aspect of capital investment,Xuanen county has a large investment in poverty alleviation funds,which directly to the household poverty alleviation projects,and effectively solved some of the problems of poverty;in the aspect of capital supervision,Xuanen county is related.The policy is made in time and the relevant management is in place,but the project progress is not updated promptly.This point is to be improved.In terms of the useof funds,the poverty alleviation funds in Xuanen county can be applied according to the plan,and the relevant poverty alleviation projects have been completed well.In terms of mechanism innovation,Xuanen county should actively increase its innovation.In the future work of poverty alleviation,Xuanen county should be more scientific in its use of financial funds,and make persistent efforts to further solve the problem of poverty.
