| At present,one of the major problems of agricultural resources in China is that there are more people and less land,farmland protection situation is still quite grim.Comprehensive analysis cultivated land quantity,quality and population growth and other factors,low quality of cultivated land,more people and less land,shortage of arable land reserve resources is China’s basic national conditions of land use.At the same time,the land use change still exist in the ecological serious environmental problems.In order to solve the current pressure on resources,land consolidation has become one of the important technical means to implement the dynamic equilibrium of the total cultivated land policy and land use control system.In Yancheng Dafeng County of Jiangsu Province,some middle and low yield agricultural land have been developed and arranged to optimize the allocation of land resources and improve the agricultural ecological environment,and to promote the development of agricultural economy through adjusting the industrial structure and layout.This paper takes Dafeng County as the research object and takes land arrangement as its background,the coupling evolution of agricultural resources industry system in Dafeng County during the past 2000-2014 years was analyzed,and the system coupling process and its development stage were explored.On this basis,the index system is used to analyze the efficiency of agricultural resources utilization and the level of system coupling.And preliminary study of the coupling driving factors,combined with the current situation of regional de’velopment,put forward suggestions to promote the coupling optimization of agricultural resources industry system in Dafeng County.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Through principal component analysis,a number of indexes are simplified and combined with the coupling degree model,analyzed the evolution process of agricultural eco economic system during the period of 2000-2014 at DaFeng County combined with principal component analysis method,results showed that:the agricultural eco economic system at DaFeng County experienced running resistance coupling,coupling,coupling and coupling of high level running in four stages,now at the high level and the coupling stage;besides,the development trend was relatively stable.The analysis results show that after the implementation of land consolidation project,agricultural economic development and ecological construction of DaFeng County has a remarkable result,improving agricultural resources,ecological construction results continue to emerge,to further accelerate the construction of rural modernization,agricultural production.The economy is developing well and the system is entering a high level coupling period.(2)Under the same index system,by using data envelopment analysis model,the coupling level of agricultural eco economic system of DaFeng County,the calculated results show that the DaFeng County of agricultural eco economic system comprehensive level gradually increasing,but the early effectiveness is insufficient.The technical efficiency,scale efficiency and comprehensive efficiency of the 2000-2014 years only reached the effective state in 2013 and 2014,and the system effectiveness was insufficient,which was not conducive to the development of the agricultural industry resource system in Dafeng county.(3)By the principal component analysis method,discusses the influence of agricultural resources-production system evolution of the driving factor and driving force,the study found that:the grain planting area isthe most important part of the first principal component,human economic development driving factor is the impact of the system evolution of the main driving factor,the natural ecological environment is the fundamental factor of system coupling process.(4)Analyzed the problems and putted forward development suggestions and measures in the process of agricultural eco economic system coupling at DaFeng County:introducing market mechanism and expanding land use pattern;promote land consolidation,consolidate the results of ecological construction;optimize the industrial structure,promote the system coupling;increase technology investment,improve the efficiency of resource utilization. |
