Study On Land Consolidation Promoting The Development Of Agricultural Modernization In MianXian County

As the important technology and Land reform measures of activating the stock land,strengthing intensive land use,enlarging land scale management,improving rural working and living conditions as well as ecological environment,Land consolidation has been widely recognized by the people all over the world.It can increase arable land,improve the quality of cultivated land,it is imporant to alleviate the contradiction between man and land and coordinate the relationship between man and land,improve agricultural infrastructure,get rid of national food security alert,promote sustainable economic development,and is the important means of building efficient and modern agriculture,can provide long-term mechanismto solve the “three rural issues”.At present,China's agricultural development has entered the stage of rapid transition from traditio nal agriculture to modern agriculture,in this process,because of its low production efficiency,the traditional decentralized small-scale peasant economy will be replaced by the modern agricultural management mode of mechanization,scale and industrialization.Modern agriculture requires“high yield,high quality,high efficiency,ecology and safety”.Through the formation of land consolidation,land smoothing,ownership adjustment,promote land transfer,broaden the road of agricultural machinery,improve irrigation and drainage facilities,building protective forest and other measures to boost agricultural modernization.This paper is based on the previous research results,Under the support of related theories,Taking Hanzhoung Mianxian as the research area,on the basis of finding out the natural and social economic situation,analysis of the current situation and trend of agricultural development and the factors restricting the development of agricultural modernization,analysis the status of land remediation,according to the implementation of land consolidation project evaluation results,summary and analysis the effectiveness of land consolidation in promoting the development of agricultural modernization.On this account,from the perspective of food security,based on the increase in the quantity of cultivated land and the improvement of the quality,the paper analyzes the ability of land regulation to guarantee food security and reinforce the foundation of agricultural modernization.Constructing scientific and rational evaluation index system of agricultural modernization,to measure the level of agricultural modernization in 2006-2015 a,and analyze the correlation between it and the new cultivated land area.Using path analysis method,analysis land reclamation area,new land area,land investment and land intensity to improve the agricultural modernization level.Finally based on land remediation,start from the restrictive factors of agricultural modernization,put forward the policy recommendations of land consolidation promoting the sustainable development of agriculture.
