Human resource is the first resource to promote the development of economy and society.Human resource outsourcing service industry plays an important role in promoting economic development,employment and entrepreneurship promotion and personnel optimization.In recent years,with the increasingly deep segmentation of human resource market,the pre-employment background check industry,which is subdivided based on service link,has achieved localization development from abroad for over ten years,and has become one of the important methods to guarantee employee recruitment quality of China’s large and medium-size enterprises.Now,the total market size and business quantity demand of China’s pre-employment background check have greater market potential and climbing space than foreign countries.In the background of new era,for domestic enterprises,how to face the challenge of new challenger and take the first chance in the drastic industrial competition;how to timely adjust development strategy and continually enhance industrial competitiveness;how to choose adaptive marketing strategy and realize transformation and upgrading will become the critical issue of enterprises’ survival and development.This paper takes the pre-employment background check of Pre-employment Background Check of Beijing LiXin Screening CO.,LTD or “LiXin” for short as the object of study.Firstly,briefly introduce the main background check business of the Company.From investigation and analysis,it shows that the Company has several problems during marketing,such as inexperienced marketing personnel,vague market object location,incomplete customer maintenance and so on.And then,deeply study and analyze the overall environment of pre-employment background check industry from two dimensions of macro and micro environment.Secondly,proceed SWOT matrix analysis for the pre-employment background check business of “LiXin”.According to the Company’s internal advantage and disadvantage,external chance and threat,through comparison and analysis,formulate the SWOT analysis matrix,and plan a marketing strategy in accordance with the Company’s management and development condition.Lastly,Analyze the Company’s marketing strategy based on the three important components of market segmentation,target market,market positioning in “STP Theory”.Formulate marketing mix strategy of pre-employment background check business for “LiXin” according to “4Ps Theory of Marketing Strategy Mix”.In the ending part,carry out efficient marketing strategy and formulate reasonable supporting measure,by training supporting measure,system supporting measure,finance supporting measure and service supporting measure.The study results mentioned in this paper can be provide scientific theoretical foundation and reference scheme in respects of marketing problem solution,marketing concept renewal,transformation and updating achievement and profitability promotion.
