Company F is a pesticide manufacturer.Its superior products rank among the best in the domestic market.With the development of society,the pesticide industry is also facing new challenges in the new era.The domestic 13th Five-Year Plan for the pesticide industry proposes that the pesticide waste disposal rate needs to be increased by 10%,and the by-product utilization rate needs to be increased by 30%.At the same time,according to the plan,the Ministry of Agriculture required a 30%reduction in the number of enterprises in the pesticide industry during the"13th Five-Year Plan"period.In 2019,the State Council focused on the issue of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers" and pointed out that our country should prevent agricultural pollution and reduce the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides.These planning requirements have brought a certain survival and development pressure to many pesticide companies such as F Company.But it is also an opportunity and a challenge.The management effect of working capital will be an important factor in whether pesticide companies can meet the challenge successfully.The working capital management from the perspective of value chain refers to the optimization of working capital management for all links in the value chain.In this way,it can help pesticide manufacturers to achieve dynamic working capital management and meet the challenges smoothly.This paper takes F company as the research object and it is divided into six parts.The first part,firstly puts forward the research background and research significance,combs the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the management of working capital,and points out the research ideas and innovations of this paper.The second part introduces the related concepts involved in this paper,including working capital management,value chain,the working capital management under the value chain and related theoretical basis.The third part introduces the industry overview and the basic profile of F company,analyzes the situation of F company's working capital management and raises questions.The fourth part,from the perspective of the value chain,points out the general principles of working capital management of F company,and explores the internal and external working capital management based on the value chain of F company.The fifth part,aiming at the problems in the working capital management of F company summarized above,proposes the problems that should be paid attention to in the working capital management of F company and corresponding Suggestions from the perspective of value chain.At the same time,this paper summarizes the aspects that need attention in the management of working capital of pesticide production enterprises.The final part,summarizes and looks ahead to future working capital management.The innovation of this paper is to study F company in combination with characteristics of pesticide production industry,analyze its working capital management from the perspective of value chain,and try to explore the working capital management measures suitable for F company's value chain.At the same time,for the pesticide production industry where F Company is located,this paper tries to raise the issues that should be considered and paid attention to in the process of working capital management.At present,domestic pesticide production enterprises are facing the pressure of survival and development,and research on working capital management for pesticide industry enterprises is rare.And this paper is based on the practice of F company's working capital management which provides practical evidence for theoretical research,and solves the problem of convergence between theforetical research and practical application.
