With the development of the world economy,people's desire for employee well-being is getting higher and higher,social organizations and the state have also given a high degree of attentionforemployee well-being.The study confirmed that the higher sense of employee well-being of the staff to create a higher value for the enterprise,and maintain a high sense of responsibility and loyalty,so the enterprises in recent years have begun to focus on the construction of well-known enterprises,thereby enhancing the business in The core competitiveness of the new market environment level.However,the level of well-being of employees is not high is the common phenomenon faced by many enterprises in the development process.The problem of employee well-being management is more and the form of development is more serious,and the level of employee's well-being is becoming an important problem in enterprise development.In this paper,we take P insurance companies as the research objectandgive an in-depth analysis of P insurance company claims the sense of employee well-being.In this paper,through the field investigation,the author makes a thorough understanding of the well-being of the P insurance company claimant,and analyzes and studies the obtained data on the basis of establishing the evaluation model of the well-being index system,and finds out the current P insurance company claims The main problems in the process of well-being and the main causes of these problems.Finally,this paper puts forward the concrete strategy of building a happy enterprise and raising the employee well-being of P insurance company claimant,so as to provide a strong human resources guarantee for the healthy and rapid development of P insurance company.This paper holds the following important conclusions:This paper argues that the main problems in the management of P insurance companies' well-being are:lack of fairness in internal management,high working pressure,low satisfaction of communication,low pay satisfaction,Lack of physical and mental health conditions are poor;This article put forward targeted specific measures for the above issues:one is to strengthen the P insurance company's safety culture,the second is to improve the P insurance company's material basis conditions,the third is to establishment the fair work management system of P insurance company,the fourth is to clear the staff duties and work processes,the fifth is to strengthen staff training and enhance the level of employees' physical and mental health,the sixth is to guide employees to establish the correct values and moral quality.This research has an important practical significance for P insurance companies to build happy enterprises and enhance the employee well-being of claimants,and it also has an important reference significance and value for the development of other enterprises in this industry.
