High turnover rate is an important feature of China's labor market,and this feature is particularly prominent in the new generation of employees who are new to the workplace.The characteristics and problems of the new generation of employees in the process of job hunting and employment,such as unclear career goals,inaccurate positioning and inadequate career planning,have brought more challenges to Chinese business managers.How to guide new employees to form a clear future work self and develop a clear career plan so as to increase their career satisfaction and reduce the turnover rate has become an urgent problem for business managers.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference and guidance for organizations to attach importance ro new employees' future work self salience in order to improve the:ir career satisfaction by clarifying the relationship between future work self salience,harmonious work passion,career satisfaction and organizational socialization tactics.Firstly,this paper reviews theories and studies of future work self salience and career satisfaction and summarizes the existing research on them.Secondly,the relationship among main variables of this study is analyzed,and the research model is constructed based on the above analysis.Finally,216 college graduates from famous domestic universities were selected as the research object,using statistical analysis method to test the research hypotheses,and put forward some suggestions to the guidance of new employees' career management.The results are as follows:(1)future work self salience has significant positive effect on career satisfaction;(2)harmonious work passion plays a partial mediating function on future work self salience and career satisfaction;(3)the higher organizational socialization tactics index,the more intense the positive impact of future work self salience on harmonious work passion.
