In recent years,with the increase in the number of bank types and the expansion of banking business types,the competition between state-owned commercial banks,joint-stock commercial banks,urban commercial banks and rural commercial banks,emerging Internet finance and other financial entities has become increasingly fierce.In order to stabilize and expand their business in the financial market,banks in the form of various indicators have tangibly or invisibly increased the workload of bank employees,accelerated the pace of work and occupied more working hours.The unreasonable allocation of work even affects the daily life of bank employees,and aggravates the work pressure of bank customer managers.Among them,the situation of bank client managers is the most serious.Long periods of high mental stress lead to physical and psychological discomfort.If the pressure can not be relieved and released,it will cause mental disorders or mental illness.It greatly affects the enthusiasm and efficiency of client managers,and even produces job burnout.Failure to provide customers with quality services,or even leaving the bank caused brain drain.The main reason for choosing client managers in this paper is that bank client managers belong to a symbolic position.Their business volume has been greatly improved compared with previous years.Their professional characteristics are prominent.They need to work steadily in non-office.They need to work between real estate estates.They need to work in a circle among customers.They have low base salary,close relationship between performance and income,and consequently work pressure.In recent years,the real estate market with the most concentrated banking business has experienced ups and downs.The frequent changes of national policies not only affect the market,but also affect the lending policy of banks.It affects the performance and working environment of bank client managers.As a state-owned joint-stock commercial bank,Bank of Communications Anhui Branch has also suffered from economic transformation and competition among financial entities.In order to maintain the high-speed growth of the bank and the existing market share,Bank of Communications Anhui Branch has also been adapting to the market demand and constantly improving the performance and service requirements of bank employees.The increasing work pressure also brings the same risks to the Anhui Branch of Bank of Communications.From the perspective of human resources management,this paper adopts the methods of literature survey,case interview and questionnaire survey to analyze the work pressure,psychological pressure and job satisfaction of the client managers of the Anhui Branch of Bank of Communications,and puts forward the management Countermeasures for the work stress management.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background,current research situation at home and abroad,research purpose and significance,research ideas and methods and possible innovations The second part is the definition and theoretical basis of related concepts.It mainly defines the related concepts of work stress,its causes and social support.The third part summarizes the causes of the working pressure of client managers in Anhui Branch of Bank of Communications by understanding the organization and personnel composition of Anhui Branch of Bank of Communications and the background of the organization,through questionnaire survey and case interviews.The shortcomings of the current work stress management model are analyzed.The fourth part is to analyze the measures and Countermeasures of domestic and foreign commercial banks in the management of client managers'work pressure,and make a comparative analysis,so as to provide some reference and inspiration for the Bank of Communications Anhui Branch to improve its own management system.The fifth part is the countermeasure research,and puts forward the countermeasure and suggestion on how to take measures to alleviate the pressure of client manager's work,improve the working environment of client manager and improve the working enthusiasm from the environmental factors,organizational factors and personal factors.The sixth part is the conclusion and outlook of the research.This paper summarizes the research work of this paper,and puts forward further research thinking in view of the shortcomings of the research.
