Research On Risk Management Of XZ Agency Company's Bidding And Procurement

Since the reform and opening up was introduced into China,with the strong investment of government investment and social capital in municipal engineering,energy,environmental protection and transportation,the bidding industry has entered a period of rapid development.However,due to the irregular operation and weak awareness of risk in the work of some bidding agents,complaints occur from time to time,which damages the economic interests of all parties involved in bidding.Based on all kinds of risk factors that may be faced in the process of project implementation of bidding agency company,this paper takes XZ bidding agency company as a case sample,and adopts the method of combining theoretical analysis and practical application to carry out the research.Based on the detailed analysis of bidding projects in recent years,starting with the bidding management process of XZ Company,the potential risk factors faced by XZ Company in the process of bidding management are identified by questionnaire survey and relevant interview records.The identified risk is qualitatively studied according to the influence degree and probability of occurrence by the method of risk assessment system diagram,and the identified risk factors are marked one by one on the coordinate diagram of risk assessment system.It is convenient for XZ to further identify which major risks need to be paid special attention to by XZ management,and then develop different risk management strategies and precautions.
