With the continuous development of the market economy,the Chinese economy continues to open to the world market,and the competition faced by domestic enterprises has become increasingly fierce.In the face of fierce competition,cost control is very important for companies to improve their ability to occupy the market,to establish a stable foothold and to ensure a solid foundation for development.In order to ensure the sustainable development of the company,we can ensure that the company can expand the profit space in the fierce market competition,highlight the encirclement,timely incorporate the advanced cost management concept into the company's cost control system,and realize the company's strategic goals and develop continuously.Important and very urgent.However,most enterprises in China have problems in terms of cost control,such as shortsightedness and one-sided control.Facing the unstable internal and external environment and fierce market competition,the traditional cost management thinking and the current economic development situation,the birth of the value chain cost management theory provides an opportunity to improve enterprise cost management.The research and development of domestic and foreign scholars extends the value chain cost management theory from the internal value chain cost management of competitors,suppliers and distributors to the complete value chain cost management including internal and external.Should be widely promoted and used.The idea of value chain cost management can make up for the shortcomings of current enterprises in terms of cost control.This paper uses the theory and thought of value chain cost management to analyze the cost control problems of HG company and proposes improvement measures.Based on the previous research on value chain cost management,this paper combines the research results with the actual problems of HG.Firstly,it analyzes the current status of HG's current cost management.Secondly,it analyzes the shortcomings of HG's cost control process by using the value chain perspective,and analyzes the causes of the problems.The problem of HG cost control lies mainly in the various value chain links.The information has not been shared in a timely and effective manner,and the personnel in the R&D department do not pay attention to cost control.Thirdly,it proposes corresponding countermeasures for the problems existing in HG companies,establishes internal and external network information platforms,and implements new information on the market into each enterprise.The operation of the link will implement the strategic thinking of management cost control to each employee and strengthen cooperation with upstream and downstream enterprises.This paper strengthens the company's cost management by implementing the value chain in HG,and then enhances the company's competitiveness.This paper on the basis of the traditional value chain,the use of the virtual value chain is linked,and the theory and practice are integrated to provide HG with an optimization plan for cost management.
