| Finance is the core of the modern economy,and the stable operation of finance is directly related to the stability of the economy and society.Commercial banks are an important part of China’s financial system.Among the many risks faced,credit risk is the main risk.At present,China’s economic development has entered a new normal,the economy has changed from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development,and the development of power conversion is taking place.The credit risk changes of China’s commercial banks have shown diversified characteristics,and the credit risk management of commercial banks is also facing more big pressures and challenges.This thesis starts with the credit crisis of commercial banks,and introduces the related concepts and theories of commercial banks’ credit risk systematically.It briefly reviews the main stages of credit risk management of commercial banks in China and combines positive and negative cases(The five major state-owned banks of the five provinces in northwest China,Japan’s long-term credit bank)combed the beneficial practices of commercial banks’ credit risk prevention and control.The Merton-KMV model is applied to the analysis of credit risk of listed banks,and the representative listed bank data before and after the supply-side structural reform is selected for empirical analysis to explore the situation,causes and countermeasures of credit risk in the process of economic transformation and upgrading.It is proposed to clarify the development orientation,form a differentiated credit strategy,reform management methods,improve the credit risk management level,reshape the risk culture,strengthen the quality education of employees,supervise and coordinnate,and create a good external environment.Hope to help commercial banks play a better role in the process of economic transformation and upgrading. |
