Research On Enterprise Group Finance Companies Operating Efficiency

China has made remarkable achievements in the past 40 years of reform and opening-up.With the deepening of economic structure optimization and supply-side reform.the important means for Chinese enterprise groups to enhance their core competitiveness is to improve the integration ability of the overall resource allocation of the group organizations as soon as possible.The financial company as a non-bank financial institutions provide financial services to the members of the enterprise group with the purpose of strengthen the centralized management of group funds and improve the efficiency of the group’s use of the group’s funds,which aims at promoting the substantial development of entity-oriented enterprise groups.In fact,in the process of promoting the organic combination of production and integration and the continuous development of the financial industry,financial companies play an important role in realizing the reduction of financial cost within enterprise groups and the improvement of capital use efficiency.The overall sound development of the group financial company makes it become increasingly important in the financial system.Meanwhile,in the context of the turbulent world political and economic pattern,the global economic slowdown,the weak domestic economic growth,and especially the sluggish real economy,financial companies urgently need to further improve operation efficiency,better play the financial service functions,accelerate the group internal resources allocation,improve the efficiency of enterprise production and operation.As an important hub between real economy and finance,its operating efficiency plays an irreplaceable role in realizing the sustainable development of enterprise groups.Firstly,this paper summarizes the concept and functional characteristics of enterprise group financial companies,and the related research results are summarized.Secondly,from the industry level,through the application of SWOT analysis and PEST analysis,enhance the understanding of the relevant situation of the financial company’s industry,operational efficiency and improvement space of the financial company industry.Then,taking W Finance Co.,Ltd.as an actual individual case,in-depth study of the operational basis and existing problems.Finally,by summarizing the experience of the industry and individual cases,the feasible direction of improving the operation efficiency of enterprise group finance companies is proposed,which provides certain assistance for the development.
