The society has gradually entered the risk society,and it is accompanied by the gradual normalization of the crisis.The market environment in which enterprises are located is complex and changeable,and there are more and more crisis events in front of the public.The frequent occurrence of crises will pose serious threats to intangible assets such as tangible assets and corporate reputations such as corporate economy.In the event of a crisis in the enterprise,the public tends to attribute responsibility to the enterprise,and the reputation of the company in the public mind is affected.Therefore,it is necessary to study the coping strategies to the impact of public responsibility and the impact of enterprises on organizational reputation.At the same time,the mediating role of responsibility perception and the role of language regulation need to be analyzed by data analysis.This paper combines theoretical research and empirical analysis.Based on the theory of situational crisis communication,attribution theory and evaluation system theory,it introduces the attribution of crisis responsibility as a mediator variable.In order to adjust the variables,build a model of the impact of the main crisis response strategy on corporate reputation.In this paper,through the method of situational experiment,different crisis coping strategies and attitudes are designed to form a 1 X 2 X 3 inter-subj ect factor experiment.Based on the research samples of the author's school teachers and classmates and colleagues from the internship company,a total of 279 samples were obtained.The effective questionnaire data,using SPSS20.0 to analyze the variance and regression analysis of the data,the results are as follows:(1)In corporate crisis events,the compensation strategy is less sensitive than the crisis responsibility formed by the scapegoat strategy.There is no significant difference in the perception of crisis responsibility formed by the scapegoat strategy and the excuses strategy.(2)In the enterprise crisis event,the enterprise formed by the compensation strategy Reputation evaluation is higher than excuses strategy and scapegoat strategy,and there is no significant difference in corporate reputation evaluation formed by scapegoat strategy and excuses strategy;(3)public perception of corporate crisis responsibility is negatively correlated with public reputation evaluation of enterprises;(4)Crisis responsibility perception plays a part in mediating between the main coping strategies and corporate reputation evaluation;(5)the language plays a regulatory role in coping strategies and crisis responsibility perception.The main innovations are:(1)analyzing the impact of different coping strategies of the main body on the reputation of the company,further researching how the coping strategy affects the public's responsibility perception and corporate reputation evaluation;(2)introducing regulatory variables in consideration of coping strategies-Evaluate the system's context and mediator variables-Crisis responsibility perception,explore the impact of regulatory variables and mediator variables on coping strategies and corporate reputation.
