As the growth of the market economy slows down and the expectations of consumers continue to increase,forcing manufacturing retail companies to expand their business focus from product production to providing products and services to customers,changes in business formats directly drive the transformation of sales models.More and more manufacturing retail companies choose to introduce new retail marketing models,especially clothing manufacturing and retail enterprises,and introduce new retail models as a necessary means for enterprises to occupy the market.Therefore,this paper takes the typical clothing manufacturing retail enterprise AZ as an example,and designs its omni-channel ERP system under the new retail mode,and improves its information management level to meet the changing needs of the times.First analyzes the characteristics of the new retail model,AZ's business scope,company sales model,and the company's current ERP system application,and draws three main problems of AZ's current ERP system.Secondly,according to the axiomatic scheme design method,the "value domain-function domain-scheme domain" scheme design framework based on axiomatic design is proposed.The customer information is collected through the introduction of CRM system,customer value is analyzed,system functions are improved,and the current ERP system is solved.Structural limitations.Then,in order to fully express the integration relationship between products and services,the network hierarchy method is first used to solve the mapping problem between product value elements and service value elements,and determine the initial importance of the engineering characteristics of the two in the program planning;According to the actual sales data and research results of AZ company in the previous quarter,the data envelopment analysis method was used to correct the initial importance of the engineering characteristics of the product and service modules,and the dynamic characteristics weights of customers based on dynamic association rules mining and updating technology were proposed.The acquisition method applies the customer dynamic characteristics to the information circulation of the omni-channel ERP system subsystem,and obtains multiple optimal information system management schemes with different priorities.Finally,by setting multiple non-quantitative system evaluation indicators,the scheme evaluation method based on grey correlation analysis is used to calculate the correlation coefficient and compare the weighted correlation degree to obtain the optimal information circulation scheme for omni-channel ERP system.The AZ company's omni-channel ERP system design scheme finally obtained can effectively solve the problem of AZ company's loss of customer satisfaction and market competitiveness due to customer information loss,internal information blockage,and external information delay.It proves the feasibility and practicability of integrating the omni-channel model with the ERP system.It has certain reference significance for the era of manufacturing retail enterprises to adapt to the new retail model and realize integrated information management.
