Research On The Approach Of New-type Urbanization Promoting Rural Revitalization And Performance Evaluation

The strategy of rural revitalization was put forward by our party at the 19 th CPC national congress.The strategy emphasizes giving priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas,building a comprehensive policy system and management mechanism for integrated development of urban and rural areas in accordance with the overall requirements of prosperous industries,ecological livability,civilized local customs,effective governance and prosperous life,and striving to promote the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.From the perspective of changing the economic development structure,improving the quality of public services and narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas,the revitalization of rural areas is in line with the general direction of new-type urbanization proposed at the 18 th CPC national congress.Although the two strategies have slightly different emphases,they are dialectically unified and coordinate with each other.So this article will analysis of the combination,first of all to the selected topic background,research purpose and significance,research ideas and methods,as well as the related research on this field at home and abroad,the corresponding points at the same time puts forward the research innovation,then the new urbanization and rural revitalization of the related concepts to explain,is introduced in this paper,we study involves the theories and methods,and points out that the new type of urbanization and rural revitalization of the dialectical relationship between make a sufficient theoretical basis for the following study,then study of the new way of urbanization for rural,points out that the development of urbanization in the new means and rural revitalization of the total respectively corresponds to the place,And put forward specific cases to give practical basis for each development means.After evaluation,the performance of new type of urbanization for rural in new urbanization and rural revitalization of coordination degree evaluation system,and then select six cities in Zhejiang province to case analysis,pointed out that in high degree of development,the urbanization level of the comprehensive coordination degree of urban and rural areas is high also,new urbanization and rural revitalization of coordination degree also will be high,which means the new urbanizationto promote rural revitalization is feasible.Finally,it puts forward specific policy Suggestions on promoting rural revitalization by new-type urbanization in zhejiang province,and provides reference methods and means for promoting rural revitalization strategy to develop side by side in the process of new-type urbanization in China.
