Crop Planting Analysis And Management Decision-making Research

As the most populous developing country in the world,China's food security status plays an important role.Jilin province,as a major grain producing province,has played an important role in safeguarding China's food security and maintaining social stability for a long time.To solve the problem of food security,it is necessary to clarify the cultivation situation of China's food crops.It is very important to grasp the planting area of crops.The current statistics have hysteresis and inaccuracy,and it is very difficult to obtain data on crop planting area in real time.Therefore,it is very meaningful to analyze the crop planting structure and make management decisionsThis paper takes Jijia Town and Xinglong Town of Jiutai district,Changchun city,Jilin province as the research object,selects the GF-1 satellite remote sensing image as the main data,and the maximum likelihood method,the parallelepiped method,the minimum distance method,the Markov distance method,the neural network method and the support vector machine method are used to extract the spatial distribution of different crops under the ENVI software platform.Then,based on the analysis of the extraction results,combined with the statistical data,the problems of crop planting structure adjustment and the reasons for hindering the structural adjustment are put forward.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting crop planting structure adjustment are put forward.The main conclusions are as follows.The classification accuracy of the parallelepiped method and the minimum distance method is not high,and the accuracy of other methods exceeds 90%,and the support vector machine has the highest precision,reaching 93.5871%.Through the analysis of crop planting conditions,crop planting area,yield and market conditions in Jilin province,it is known that the problems of crop planting structure adjustment are limited by resource conditions,production methods and mode curing,unobtrusive brand characteristics,lacking of guidance and organizational dependence.The reasons for obstructing the adjustment of crop planting structure are the impact of natural disasters,the backwardness of fanners' ideological concepts,the lack of innovation in development models,and the imperfect market system.In the process of crop planting structure adjustment,the principles to be followed are:food security as the premise,government planning as the guide,increasing farmers' income as the goal,and leading industries or products as the leader.In the end,we must achieve the equalization of crop planting ratio,the universalization of modern science and technology,and the standardization of the market system.The final recommendations are:implementing the concept of modern development,adjusting the types and layout of crops,setting up special organizations to help,accelerating the construction of agricultural products and strengthening agricultural infrastructure construction,etc.
