With the continuous development of the social economy,people no longer satisfy the sloppy travels and start to pursue a more in-depth and more authentic original tourism experience.The rural complex and village complex rooted in the hearts of many Chinese people are the embodiment of the collective unconsciousness of the Chinese nation.It is this complex that drives tourists to traditional villages to find real native culture and culture.Especially in the traditional villages,compared to other forms of accommodation,including boutique hotels,the property has an innate advantage in promoting local culture and displaying local nature,culture and lifestyle.How to improve the original authenticity of the traditional villages and enhance customer perception is a topic worthy of discussion in the academic circles and the industry.This paper mainly discusses the influence of the authenticity and customer satisfaction of this kind of homestay.Based on empirical analysis,the relationship between authenticity and customer perceived value and customer satisfaction is studied.The basic countermeasures for the customer satisfaction in the traditional villages are proposed.I hope that provide some advice on its operation and development.This study takes the authenticity theory at home and abroad as the core foundation,and this study builds a theoretical model of the impact of authenticity on customer satisfaction based on customer perceived value and customer satisfaction,and proposes corresponding hypotheses.This study designed a questionnaire based on the predecessor's maturity scale and obtained relevant data by collecting questionnaires.The acquired data was statistically analyzed using SPSS20.0 and AMOS 17.0,including descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity analysis,analysis of variance and structural equation model analysis.The following conclusions were obtained:(1)The original authenticity of the traditional villages can be divided into objective authenticity,constructive authenticity and subjective authenticity;(2)customers of different ages have significant differences in partial perceived value and satisfaction;(3)The objective authenticity poses significant impact on functional value,cognitive value and satisfaction;The constructive authenticity poses significant impact on the functional value,the emotional value,the cognitive value and the satisfaction;The subjective authenticity poses significant impact on the emotional value,the cognitive value and the satisfaction.The functional value,the emotional value and the cognitive value pose significant impact on the satisfaction;(4)Perceived value plays a partial role in the authenticity of each dimension and satisfaction.Based on the conclusions of this study,this paper proposes the basic countermeasures to effectively improve the customer satisfaction of this type of homestay,namely maintaining the original style and maintaining objective authenticity;Portraying the true style and shaping the construction authenticity;Shaping the style of the present and creating the subject authenticity;Coordinating the three types of authenticity to cater to the needs of the masses.
